Job Description:
As an Accounting Services Associate, you will perform business support tasks related to accounting processes, contributing to the team’s success while working within clearly defined procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform first-level review of accounting documents using standard operating instructions
- Review and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines
- Understand invoices, receipts, payment issues, and check requests
- Escalate documents requiring additional attention to supervisors
- Meet productivity and quality targets set by the project team lead
- Perform other first-level tasks and duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies, standards, and quality guidelines
Qualifications:
- Candidate with BCom or related field is applicable
Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in accounting or a related field is acceptable
- Previous exposure to business support or technical work is an advantage
