ERP Consultant (Finance)

We are looking for CA-qualified professionals with 0-3 years of experience to join our ERP consulting team.

    Key Responsibilities:

• Financial consulting and support for clients during ERP implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and assist in configuring ERP systems, ensuring successful implementation of finance modules.
• Analyze and assess clients’ financial processes and requirements, providing expert consultancy on financial best practices.
• Offer solutions to enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting processes.
• Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for ERP implementations.
• Perform data migration and integration from legacy systems to ERP platforms.
• Provide training and support to clients on ERP financial modules post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP finance modules, working closely with technical teams when necessary.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing expertise in financial consulting and ERP system capabilities.

    Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in financial analysis and consultancy.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• Preferred experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
