Your responsibilities
- Managing human resource planning, selection, development and periodic performance review of team members, set individual and team goals, objectives and quality standards
- Creating learning and business-oriented atmosphere among team members
- Cooperating with business controllers to shape business performance, providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing presentation of finding and recommendations
- Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Validating accuracy of financial data, business information and reports. Ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated regularly for all activities performed by the team
- Building and managing high performing process teams by providing leadership, training and career development opportunities
- Optimizing team’s performance to increase productivity by promoting automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating requirements, identifying areas for process or reporting standardization across the business leads
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in CA/CMA/ICWA or MBA in Finance
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling
- Required skills in financial planning and analysis, costing and budgeting
- Experience of working in service delivery model environment
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism
