Project Finance Manager

Your responsibilities

• Providing input to the project execution plan on financial aspects- (as part of overall project execution plan covering all financial, commercial and tax aspects such as PE, revenue recognition methods, billing plan, payment securities, consortium administration, import duties and GST)
• Establishing project governance process, participating in opportunity or risk identification, monitoring that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented, supporting the Project Manager in coordinating, preparing monthly project reviews, verifying the substance for cost to complete and project schedule
• Providing support on claim management, back-charges, insurance cases and monitoring the proper follow up together with the Contract Manager or Project Manager up-stream (towards customer), side-stream (towards consortia partner) as well as down-stream (towards suppliers)
• Supporting the Project Manager in adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, country specific finance directives and instructions
• Following up on internal project audit reports and ensuring timely implementation of all required actions related to projects under responsibility
• Driving project currency exposures, hedging and responsible for the accuracy of project financial positions and profitability reporting

Your background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or CA
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience with good understanding of project controlling
• Good knowledge of accounting and reporting, preferably USGAAP and INGAAP. SAP skills especially in MM, SD, PS and FICO module
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically on MS Excel and PowerPoint
