Job Description:

We seek an Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks like petty cash, bank reconciliation, and branch coordination. You will prepare monthly financial reports and assist with ad-hoc requests from management, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records of bills and receipts
  • Reconcile bank statements and sub-ledgers with the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and provide ad-hoc summaries for management
  • Coordinate with branches to resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure thorough financial records

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with BCom, MCom, or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration are encouraged to apply.

 

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

 

Sills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software & Excel is an advantage
