Responsibilities:

  •  Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 audit professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Planned, coordinated, and executed audit engagements in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, identify areas of risk, and develop appropriate audit strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and internal policies throughout the audit process.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and delivering audit findings with clarity and professionalism.
  •  Review audit documentation and work papers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge base.
  •  Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support organizational goals and initiatives.

 

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5  of experience in auditing, with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, GST, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality audit services and fostering client relationships.
