We are currently seeking a Revenue Administrator to join our finance operations team and support the creation and maintenance of financial projects in Oracle.
Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain projects in Oracle Financials

Load tasks and ensure consistent, accurate project setup

Handle general mailbox communications and requests

Assist in unbilled clean-up and reconciliation at the study level

Manage and maintain accurate data in reports and spreadsheets
-
Organize meetings, maintain trackers, and respond to internal correspondence

Prepare necessary documents and support clerical processes
Skills & Qualifications
-
Graduate in Commerce or MBA
-
1–2 years of experience in customer support, vendor management, or accounting roles
-
Working knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition
-
Ability to interpret financial reports, contracts, and legal documents
-
Basic understanding of SOPs and financial systems (Oracle preferred)
-
Proficiency in MS Office tools
-
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
-
Must ensure 60% in-office work attendance
