Accounting Finance Manager

Position Overview

Revolut is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Accounting Finance Manager to support our upcoming product launches in India. This role is central to our financial operations and involves strategic decision-making, IFRS-based reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual book closing processes in compliance with IFRS.

• Collaborate on India-specific product launches, offering financial and accounting insights.

• Lead the preparation and monitoring of GL entries in Oracle NetSuite.

• Drive detailed financial reporting, variance analysis, and trend tracking.

• Enhance and automate balance sheet reconciliation and reporting systems.

• Coordinate with external auditors for timely and accurate audit completion.

• Partner with the Group Financial Control team to improve close processes and controls.

• Support the Legal team on finance-related regulatory filings and reports.

• Manage vendor-related financial operations and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

• CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance/controlling roles, preferably in fast-growing firms.

• Strong command of IFRS and Indian accounting standards.

• Structured and logical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

• Experience in Oracle NetSuite or similar financial software (preferred).

• Basic understanding of direct and indirect tax principles is a plus.
