Job Description
* B.Com / BBA or any finance-related degree
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
* Familiarity with Tally / Excel
* Female candidates preferred
* Reception Duties
* Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organised, and presentable.
* Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries from patients, visitors, and staff.
* Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
* Guide patients to appropriate healthcare professionals or departments as needed.
* Accounting & Financial Tasks
* Maintain accurate accounting records and manage daily financial transactions.
* Process invoices, payments, and receipts on time.
* Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports for management review.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and insurance companies for billing and payments.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
