The Opportunity Have experience with full customer Billing cycle accounting, contract review and Set-up process. Be an expert in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products. Ability to maintain a prominent level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

  • Contract Setup in Billing System.
  • Raising Invoices & Credit Notes.
  • Preparation of Billing Schedules, Un-Billed Reports, and Escalation Reports.
  • Validation of PO & Contract Value.
  • Validation of Contract SLAs and KPIs of Deliverables.
  • Understanding of Revenue recognition process as per ASC 606.
  • Work closely with the sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolution of disputes.
  • Customer Collections Report & billing Projections Report.
