US Payroll
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The payroll associate will process payroll for our growing client base across the country
- As a payroll associate, you will enter client data and review employee time-sheets
- The associate level will learn how to import payroll information and assist with quality assurance
as needed.
- Responsible for responding and resolving client and employee payroll issues
- Partner with our payroll specialists become knowledgeable in our payroll software, Prism.
- Required to meet remotely with clients to achieve their KPIs, which range depending upon size, service level and need of client.
- Responsible for all aspects of the client’s health, maintenance and retention.
- Works closely with the client and operational departments to ensure a mutually successful relationship.

The payroll associate should exhibit the following skills and abilities
- The ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational Skills
- Skills with MS office, including Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience
