US Payroll

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The payroll associate will process payroll for our growing client base across the country
  • As a payroll associate, you will enter client data and review employee time-sheets
  • The associate level will learn how to import payroll information and assist with quality assurance

as needed.

  • Responsible for responding and resolving client and employee payroll issues
  • Partner with our payroll specialists become knowledgeable in our payroll software, Prism.
  • Required to meet remotely with clients to achieve their KPIs, which range depending upon size, service level and need of client.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the client’s health, maintenance and retention.
  • Works closely with the client and operational departments to ensure a mutually successful relationship.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The payroll associate should exhibit the following skills and abilities

  • The ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational Skills
  • Skills with MS office, including Excel and Outlook

 

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

  •  2-5 years of experience
