Role Description

We are seeking an Accounts Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial records. The Accounts Executive will also assist in audits, maintain compliance with financial regulations, and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including Tally and Excel
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, bookkeeping, and accounting practices
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
