Accountant

Positional Overview:

We’re Hiring! Accountant -Dubai, UAE . Are you a smart, detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? TRIO TAX CONSULTANTS is looking for an Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE!

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions accurately using Tally and Zoho Books.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in VAT calculations, ensuring basic compliance with UAE VAT laws.
• Help prepare financial reports aligned with IFRS standards (basic level).
• Prepare profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets for review.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary reports and resolving discrepancies.
• Identify areas for improvement in accounting workflows and contribute to streamlining processes.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books is a must.
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT laws and IFRS is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Sharp analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Eager to learn, grow, and adapt in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills to work efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Basic Excel skills for data analysis and financial reporting
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail — essential for error-free records and reporting.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude towards growth.
• Team player — ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work under guidance
• This is an entry-level role – no prior experience required
