About the Role
Xynosoft Solutions is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting operations while supporting basic HR and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, accuracy in financial record keeping, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Manage bank reconciliations and petty cash.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on customer payments.
- Process vendor payments and maintain supplier records.
- Assist in monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the external auditor and tax consultant.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
HR & Administration
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Prepare payroll and salary-related documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain personnel files and HR records.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
- Handle general office administration and support management with day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Experience handling HR-related responsibilities will be an added advantage.
