Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Accounts Administrative Executive to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing the company’s accounts and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting tasks including maintaining ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing payments, manage vendor and client accounts, and track balances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in tax-related tasks such as GST filing, income tax return preparation, and maintaining records for audit purposes.
- Process employee payroll and manage any related benefits or deductions.
- Track company expenses, ensuring they are within budget and compliant with internal policies.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient functioning of administrative tasks, supporting a productive work environment within the IT product company.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for both financial and operational documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Willingness to travel outside the office for business-related tasks and meetings as required.

Preference to candidates having experience in IT industry or familiarity with tech-related financial processes.

Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Preference is given to candidates with prior experience working in a CA office and proficient in Tally Prime.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (1 year) in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in an IT or tech-related environment.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or any industry-relevant tools).

Basic understanding of tax and statutory compliance (GST, VAT, income tax, etc.).

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
