Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Accounts Administrative Executive to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing the company’s accounts and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including maintaining ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing payments, manage vendor and client accounts, and track balances.
  •  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist in tax-related tasks such as GST filing, income tax return preparation, and maintaining records for audit purposes.
  • Process employee payroll and manage any related benefits or deductions.
  • Track company expenses, ensuring they are within budget and compliant with internal policies.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient functioning of administrative tasks, supporting a productive work environment within the IT product company.
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for both financial and operational documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Willingness to travel outside the office for business-related tasks and meetings as required.

Skills:

  • Preference to candidates having experience in IT industry or familiarity with tech-related financial processes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Preference is given to candidates with prior experience working in a CA office and proficient in Tally Prime.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (1 year) in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in an IT or tech-related environment.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or any industry-relevant tools).

  • Basic understanding of tax and statutory compliance (GST, VAT, income tax, etc.).

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
