Roles & Responsibilities:

•             Providing support to the Finance Department.

•             Research & Development of latest GST, Tax and Finance updates and features for the enhancement

•             Ability to handling clients and user support

•             Providing support to other department and coordinating for the client demo

•             Access the latest information regarding Income Tax, GST and finance related updates and submit report                to the corresponding department

•             Providing support to the Digital Marketing team to prepare blogs and poster related with accounting                        software

•             Gaining knowledge about competitive products and ready to handling different taste of clients.

•             Providing chat support to the clients, and always prepared for a product demo
