Role Description

Buchprufer Consultants LLP is hiring an Executive Accounts professional for a full-time role based in Calicut and Cochin. The Executive Accounts will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities, including invoicing, journal entries, expense categorization, and maintaining accurate financial records in line with IFRS standards. The role also involves ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including validating tax invoices, monitoring input VAT recovery, and supporting statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, with the ability to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or QuickBooks, with experience in maintaining digital financial records.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation techniques; familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including tax compliance, invoice validation, and input VAT recovery processes.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and ownership of financial data and processes.
• Effective communication and reporting skills, with the ability to provide clear financial insights, maintain audit-ready documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum Degree plus Intermediate on CA, CMA or other accounts related professional bodies.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations
