ACR Contractor

Position Overview

The ACR Contractor will play a key role in executing multi-country Corporate and Group Accounting processes, including General Ledger management, Balance Sheet reconciliation, and month-end close activities. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with Global Engagement Leaders and gain exposure to international accounting standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, and GL activities.

• Ensure timely completion of month-end closure, reconciliations, and reporting in line with client compliance calendars.

• Prepare monthly management reports and cash flow statements for assigned entities.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and deliver tailored accounting solutions.

• Maintain engagement dashboards and provide updates on project progress.

• Respond promptly and accurately to client queries and audit requirements.

• Uphold accuracy, consistency, and quality across all financial processes and deliverables.

Skills & Attributes for Success

• 1–3 years of core accounting experience (AP, AR, GL).

• Strong understanding of IFRS and international accounting standards.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (knowledge of foreign languages like French or Spanish is a plus).

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in a shared services or multinational environment preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or CA Inter.

• Overall 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial operations.
