Position Overview
We are looking for an Analyst – Global Mobility Payroll & Tax to support our Global Mobility function, which manages over 2,000 international assignments including rotational, short-term, and long-term deployments.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of handling payroll instructions, tax coordination, and data management with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end Global Mobility payroll process for all assignment types.

Set up allowance packages in the Equus / AssignmentPro platform.

Process retro payments, prorated allowances, and one-time payments.

Prepare and deliver accurate local payroll instructions before payroll deadlines.

Review pre-payroll reports (CWS/Differences) and validate changes.

Conduct post-payroll reconciliation and pay result reviews.

Respond to employee and internal team queries, providing troubleshooting support.

Assist in developing and documenting operational procedures.

Review and update assignee data based on various internal reports.

Support in generating backup for DCAA audit requests.

Collect compensation data from local entities for upload and validation.

Coordinate shadow payroll reporting with external tax vendors.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
OR
Advanced Degree in a related field. -
Experience in payroll support; Global Mobility exposure preferred.

Prior experience with Equus / AssignmentPro is a strong advantage.

Strong skills in Excel and data handling.

Ability to understand policies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
