Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Area Manager – Financial Business Analysis to join our Healthcare BPO team. The role plays a key part in driving financial excellence, data-backed decision-making, and strategic improvements across operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with business insight to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data including revenue, cost, and margin trends to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, FP&A, and BI to deliver strategic insights.

Prepare and present periodic financial and performance reports to senior leadership.

Track KPIs and SLAs, linking operational outcomes to financial performance.

Recommend automation opportunities and process enhancements using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and AI-based analytics platforms.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and financial regulations.

Support client reporting and handle ad hoc analysis requests.
Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 6–9 years of total experience, including 3–5 years in Financial Analysis or Business Analytics (preferably in a BPO or Healthcare domain).

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling).

Hands-on experience with Power BI, ERP systems, and financial reporting platforms.

Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence tools.
