Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Area Manager – Financial Business Analysis to join our Healthcare BPO team. The role plays a key part in driving financial excellence, data-backed decision-making, and strategic improvements across operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with business insight to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data including revenue, cost, and margin trends to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, FP&A, and BI to deliver strategic insights.

  • Prepare and present periodic financial and performance reports to senior leadership.

  • Track KPIs and SLAs, linking operational outcomes to financial performance.

  • Recommend automation opportunities and process enhancements using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and AI-based analytics platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and financial regulations.

  • Support client reporting and handle ad hoc analysis requests.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 6–9 years of total experience, including 3–5 years in Financial Analysis or Business Analytics (preferably in a BPO or Healthcare domain).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling).

    • Hands-on experience with Power BI, ERP systems, and financial reporting platforms.

    • Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence tools.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience.

    • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
