What You’ll Deliver
- You’ll organize and streamline the agenda giving priority to urgency and importance and handle a complex diary by confirming availability andarranging meetings
- You’ll establish and maintain strong relationships with local and federal government departments, including the GCAA, Executive Council, and the Ruler’s court, and follow up on correspondence.
- You’ll monitor and administer the technical correspondence
- You’ll review and follow-up on the technical tasks /issues that are raised by the department Office
- You’ll keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence
What You Bring
- You should be educated to a Diploma level in Business administration, acquired 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience
- You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You’ll have Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
