Assistant Office Manager in Dubai Airports

What You’ll Deliver

  • You’ll organize and streamline the agenda giving priority to urgency and importance and handle a complex diary by confirming availability andarranging meetings
  • You’ll establish and maintain strong relationships with local and federal government departments, including the GCAA, Executive Council, and the Ruler’s court, and follow up on correspondence.
  • You’ll monitor and administer the technical correspondence
  • You’ll review and follow-up on the technical tasks /issues that are raised by the department Office
  • You’ll keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence

What You Bring

  • You should be educated to a Diploma level in Business administration, acquired 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience
  • You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You’ll have Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
