- Design the end to end business along with 5 year strategy for Consumer lending
- Manage the business P&L end to end for 3P and 1P lending
- Design the right partnership strategy to support the business model for 3P and 1P lending and build and grow these partnerships
- Identify and build for the right customer value proposition
- Demand generation and GTM of the proposition
- Externalization of the product – build merchant acceptance network
- Working with product, technology, underwriting teams in FK and partner to constantly innovate on onboarding, underwriting & collections
- Use gamification and product marketing effectively to drive customer spends
- Team management & stakeholder influencing
- Strong leadership influencing and management
