Associate I

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate I – Fund Mandates to join our Reporting Team. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to build a strong foundation in financial reporting, operational controls, and compliance within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Analyst will support the team by creating, reviewing, and maintaining client and fund reporting outputs with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in preparing and validating client and fund reporting outputs.

• Learn and apply reporting procedures, operational controls, and compliance standards.

• Assist with data validation, reconciliations, and the maintenance of reporting templates.

• Handle basic queries and escalate complex issues when required.

• Update and maintain process documentation as per guidelines.

• Develop a solid understanding of reporting standards, processes, and requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• Basic understanding or exposure to financial services or fund reporting environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures efficiently.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute.

• Commitment to ongoing professional and personal development.

Good to Have Skills

• Internship or experience in financial operations, client reporting, or data analysis.

• Knowledge of fund structures, reporting cycles, or investment products.

• Exposure to reporting tools or data management systems.

• Familiarity with process documentation or improvement activities.

• Analytical mindset with interest in compliance and control frameworks.
