 Responsibilities:

 

  • Review of experience Management activities (Demand trackers, bench Management, Tool updates) and Database Management
  • Good analytical skills and generate reports and dashboards (Availability and Variance reports etc).
  • Mailbox Support and Maintenance and demonstrates attention to detail
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving (e.g., resource allocation on multiple projects and soft blocking by competency leaders)
  • Mentor and provide on-the-job training for new associates.
  • Proficient in MS Office package and Intermediate level of expertise in data Visualization tools.
  • Effective resource scheduling, maintenance, and updates
  • Database management and reconciliation (Maintain and manage skill sets, competencies, and certifications of client-serving professionals)
  • Basic Dashboard and reporting activities
