Responsibilities:
- Review of experience Management activities (Demand trackers, bench Management, Tool updates) and Database Management
- Good analytical skills and generate reports and dashboards (Availability and Variance reports etc).
- Mailbox Support and Maintenance and demonstrates attention to detail
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving (e.g., resource allocation on multiple projects and soft blocking by competency leaders)
- Mentor and provide on-the-job training for new associates.
- Proficient in MS Office package and Intermediate level of expertise in data Visualization tools.
- Effective resource scheduling, maintenance, and updates
- Database management and reconciliation (Maintain and manage skill sets, competencies, and certifications of client-serving professionals)
- Basic Dashboard and reporting activities
