Position Overview

As an Acceleration Center – Assurance – Associate 2, you will be part of PwC’s Audit and Assurance practice, supporting the evaluation of financial statements, internal controls, governance processes, and compliance requirements. At PwC, our assurance professionals play a critical role in enhancing the credibility and reliability of financial information for stakeholders.

You will be joining the PwC Acceleration Center India, collaborating with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. This role provides a strong foundation to learn, grow, and develop expertise in financial statement audits, client engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing financial statement audits for clients across industries and geographies.

  • Apply auditing methodologies to evaluate financial documents and internal controls.

  • Support client management by addressing queries and providing audit-related insights.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk areas.

  • Utilize accounting and financial reporting standards to support accurate financial statements.

  • Collaborate with global PwC teams to enhance audit processes and deliver high-quality work.

  • Use data modeling techniques to organize and present audit findings.

  • Review financial documents for regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Participate in risk analysis and help identify potential discrepancies.

  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Commerce / Finance OR Chartered Accountant (CA).

  • Qualification as an entry-level or recent graduate candidate.

  • Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
