The Audit Executive is responsible for planning and conducting audits to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. They review financial statements, identify discrepancies, assess internal controls, and provide recommendations for improvements. This role involves collaborating with teams to ensure adherence to audit standards and support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support audit application users in ASPAC, EMA, and US regions.
- Assist engagement teams with changes in new methodology in audit apps.
- Handle Level 2 support tickets from member firms/central teams.
- Provide workarounds and resolve issues via sessions/emails.
- For complex tickets, escalate and collaborate with business heads/track leads.
- Participate in ad-hoc support tasks, including reporting and testing before releases.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles and terminology.
- Ability to thoroughly review financial documents and identify discrepancies.Ability to analyze data and assess financial performance and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Audit, Accounting, or Commerce, or an MBA in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting or auditing field.
- Ability to analyze data and assess financial performance and compliance.
- Proficiency in explaining audit findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Capability to identify issues and provide effective solutions during audits.
