Job Description

The Business Analyst provides strategic analysis services to business and delivery partners.

The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, the context in which the business operates, and translate them into technology requirements.

The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and delivery teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution of action plans.

# Manage customer relationships and expectations, facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences.

# Identify and facilitate process design changes by conducting business systems process analysis and design.

# Producing required project documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, UAT plan).

# Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.

# Serve as a liaison between business and IT to gather requirements needed for system modifications enhancements. SPECIALIZATION
