Oversee the business process analysis of Malabar Group and execute the collection, elicitation, and recording of business requirements for more and better strategic project developments.
?Understand and assess the changing needs of the business and stay updated.
?Maintain, test and improve business and system operations.
?Prepare timely internal reports and presentations as and when required by the Senior Management.
?Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
?Review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks.
?Variance Analysis to be conducted inorder to analyse any kind of deviations in the budgeted and actual financial performance of the company.
?Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.
?Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
?Assist in creating, updating and maintaining financial models, budgets and forecasts of stores.
?Seek MIS from each department, analyse and draw conclusion from the same using analytical tools like Python and Power BI.
?Regular and constant monitoring of sales figure and intervening if any deviations or errors found.
?Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
?Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
?Mapping out growth plans for the company including capital expenditures and investments.
?Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency.
?Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
?Perform requirement analysis.
?Examine and Evaluate cost efficiency of various departments and resources.
Identify strategic initiatives for overall growth of the organization.
