Business Finance Analyst – Cleartrip

Your Role:

1. Generate and publish daily, monthly business and management reports in an accurate and timely manner
2. Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure report/data is accurate and there is no discrepancy
3. Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyze causes of variance
4. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
5. Keenly follow the competitive landscape and feed management with relevant intelligence
6. Monitor competitor activity and strategies to benchmark performance and identifying improvement areas
7. Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making
8. Build and manage financial models for forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving
9. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/BI tools

Must Have Skills:

1. Finance Professional with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the Travel or Consumer Internet Business. Technical background with knowledge of SQL, etc. a plus
2. Experience in financial analysis, working with large amounts of data and an ability to drive actionable insights out of data
3. Experience in Daily, Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting process
4. Prior experience in designing MIS to facilitate business performance reviewing
5. Problem Solving Ability while working with cross functional teams
