Position Overview:

LogiNext is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate to oversee and execute a broad range of accounting and financial activities. This role demands high agility and multitasking ability, as it involves working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be responsible for managing accounts, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and supporting audits and financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, validate, and analyze financial data, figures, postings, and documentation for accuracy.

  • Maintain and secure financial records, documents, and cash equivalents per company policy.

  • Record, store, and manage computerized financial data for reporting and audit purposes.

  • Classify, code, and summarize financial transactions using ledgers, journals, and accounting software.

  • Prepare and distribute financial, accounting, payroll, and audit reports.

  • Manage period-end closing activities and financial reconciliation reports.

  • Prepare, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements in accordance with internal processes.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable; resolve outstanding vendor and client accounts.

  • Ensure compliance and readiness for internal and external financial audits.

  • Assist in management reporting (MIS), company valuations, stock option agreement computations.

  • Perform statutory filings for GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, income tax, and related reconciliations.

  • Support secretarial filings with regulatory authorities like RoC (India), RBI (India), and SEC (US).

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Hands-on experience with accounting platforms like Zoho Books, Oracle NetSuite, or similar tools.

  • Strong knowledge of statutory and tax filings (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).

  • Understanding of Indian GAAP and US GAAP standards.

  • Experience with secretarial and regulatory filings.

  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a high-paced environment.

  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Well-organized with strong time management abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and accounting.
