Position Overview:
LogiNext is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate to oversee and execute a broad range of accounting and financial activities. This role demands high agility and multitasking ability, as it involves working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be responsible for managing accounts, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and supporting audits and financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter, validate, and analyze financial data, figures, postings, and documentation for accuracy.

Maintain and secure financial records, documents, and cash equivalents per company policy.

Record, store, and manage computerized financial data for reporting and audit purposes.

Classify, code, and summarize financial transactions using ledgers, journals, and accounting software.

Prepare and distribute financial, accounting, payroll, and audit reports.
-
Manage period-end closing activities and financial reconciliation reports.
-
Prepare, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements in accordance with internal processes.

Handle accounts payable and receivable; resolve outstanding vendor and client accounts.

Ensure compliance and readiness for internal and external financial audits.

Assist in management reporting (MIS), company valuations, stock option agreement computations.

Perform statutory filings for GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, income tax, and related reconciliations.

Support secretarial filings with regulatory authorities like RoC (India), RBI (India), and SEC (US).
Skills Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Hands-on experience with accounting platforms like Zoho Books, Oracle NetSuite, or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of statutory and tax filings (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).

Understanding of Indian GAAP and US GAAP standards.

Experience with secretarial and regulatory filings.

Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a high-paced environment.

Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Well-organized with strong time management abilities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.

2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and accounting.
