Finance Executive

Responsibilities/Task

Creation of Financial Documents including but not limited to invoices, credit note, debit note etc.
Coordination with different divisions and sales / logistics teams.
Reconciliation of Inter-Company, Bank & Trade Creditors/Debtors.
Perform monthly accounting activities.
Follow up on trade receivables.
Providing inputs for financial reports to the Financial Controller on timely basis including:
Total cost report
Gross Margin report
Key figures report
Weekly sales & Order Intake report
Variance analysis of planned & actual gross margin of New Machines
Analyze accounting records to identify issues/variances and ensure timely investigation & escalation.
Support yearly external audit process by providing timely information and resolve queries from auditor.
Your Profile & qualification

Bachelor’s degree in finance /Accounting / Commerce
Experience of working with ERPs (SAP would be preferred)
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Good written & oral communication skills in Arabic
Min 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
