Finance Manager

Position Overview:

The Finance Manager is tasked with executing the financial functions within the company’s operations. Their responsibilities include ensuring the proper functioning of the Accounting System and Internal Controls, as well as maintaining the company’s Books of Account in accordance with relevant Standards and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Recording financial transactions in the Books of Account regularly.
• Managing cash flow to meet operational funding requirements by sourcing and allocating funds for various costs.
• Regular reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Preparation of budgets and reports to measure operational results – MIS.
• Timely filing of all statutory returns as applicable to the company.
• Processing monthly payroll, including verification and disbursement.
• Monthly Finance Forecast preparation and its review.
• Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Management.
• Vendor Management and Accounts Payable Process.
• Preparing Books of Accounts for annual audit readiness.
• Liaising with banks on matters such as FIRC, business loans, and submission of Softex for BRC.

Skills:

• Proficiency with accounting software
• Capability to prepare and deliver financial reports
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+years
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Semi-qualified CA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., MBA) preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
