How You’ll Contribute

We’re looking for a financial data and business intelligence analyst to strengthen and enhance Envestnet’s asset-based reporting capabilities. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality data infrastructure, reporting, and financial insights that support the organization’s financial objectives and long-term strategy.

• Own end-to-end reporting for Asset Based metrics, including tracking, revenue attribution, fee schedules, and platform-level performance analysis
• Assist in design, development, and maintenance of recurring dashboards and reports that provide visibility into asset flows, billing, and growth trends across Envestnet platforms
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate evolving reporting needs into scalable analytical solutions
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes including variance analysis and management reporting
• Identify trends, anomalies, and risks within financial data and surface findings to finance leadership
• Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed or assigned
• Ensure data integrity across source systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools
• Document data definitions, reporting methodologies, and process workflows
• Collaborate with Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to improve data pipelines and identify automation opportunities
• Serve as subject matter expert for FP&A data sources and reporting logic

What You’ll Need To Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data & Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or data analytics
• Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly to leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools for financial dashboard development
• Superior attention to detail and strong systems and data management knowledge

• Demonstrated ability to execute in a dynamic environment with strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with financial data warehouses, billing systems, or data pipeline tooling
