Responsibilities:

  • Greet colleagues at the HR reception desk and assist them with queries in a professional manner.
  • Provide comprehensive guidelines and solutions to address HR-related inquiries.
  • Maintain the correctness of the colleague database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Facilitate the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and handling related documentation.
  • Liaise with the onboarding team to ensure smooth new joiner processes, including bank account setup and passport submission.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to support HR initiatives and projects.
  • Report to the Assistant Manager, Human Resources, providing regular updates on tasks and projects.

 

 Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus.
  • Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude.
