Responsibilities:
- Greet colleagues at the HR reception desk and assist them with queries in a professional manner.
- Provide comprehensive guidelines and solutions to address HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain the correctness of the colleague database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Facilitate the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and handling related documentation.
- Liaise with the onboarding team to ensure smooth new joiner processes, including bank account setup and passport submission.
- Work closely with Team Leaders to support HR initiatives and projects.
- Report to the Assistant Manager, Human Resources, providing regular updates on tasks and projects.
Skills:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus.
- Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude.
