Positional Overview:
A Junior Accountant provides support to the accounting department by managing daily financial and accounting tasks. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or those early in their accounting careers. The role focuses on assisting with financial record-keeping, data entry, reconciliations, and basic reporting duties under the supervision of senior accounting staff.
Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry and maintain financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Support budget preparation.
- Assist with audits and compliance checks.
- Maintain general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations. ( GST, TDS- challan creation, EPFO filing, ESI)
- Support senior accounting staff with various tasks.

- Tools : Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, MS office
Qualifications:

Experience – 6 months to 1 Year
