Work you’ll do –

· Independently handling end-to-end reporting and analytical tasks and act as a Financial advisor to leadership by sharing ideas and value adds

· Excellent communication skills to drive conversations/ meetings at various levels of leadership including USI and the US

. Coach and Mentor team on financial reporting tasks

· Proven experience in leading virtual teams. Managing the performance of team members through regular check-ins and providing timely feedback based on the observations

· Lead in support of recurring planning activities (e.g., Annual Plan and Long-term Plan) and support each business and enabling area by providing and sharing best practices and guidance

· Conduct financial analysis to proactively identify risks/issues and escalate to leadership

· Advise on the continuous improvement and evolution of the team’s processes, tools, and deliverable

· Have a proactive work ethic (“self-starter”) that also embraces a collaborative (“team player”) approach to project work

· Demonstrated leadership skills, problem solving, data management and business process development

· Strengths in issue resolution and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment






Required / Preferred:


  • 10-14 years of relevant financial and reporting experience
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, finance or in business-related field



  • High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP and/or Deloitte Finance systemsAbility to guide development of executive-ready presentations storyboarding and driving content tailored to the appropriate audience
  • Managing medium size team
  • Experience in performance evaluation and coaching
  • Ability to create dashboards on financial reporting
  • Good understanding of company financials
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing or working as part of a dedicated financial reporting team, with responsibilities involving delivering data and analytics across all levels of an organization
  • Basic knowledge with visual basic/macros within excel
  • Organized and Integrator (i.e. someone with Project Management experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders)
  • Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving with strong analytic skill, organization, and logic
