Job Description
You will be reporting into the CEO’s Chief of Staff and team. Your responsibilities will be to:
- connect with teams regularly and be updated on progress and latest metrics
- manage CEO reviews – scorecard tracing, action follow ups and closure
- proactively work with teams to understand and solve challenges and issues
- surface important issues that needs CEO’s attention and intervention
- work very closely with a senior leader on at least one high priority project
- bring clarity to teams you work with on the CEO’s priorities
- prep CEO presentations for internal and external meetings
- represent the CEO in key meetings
- provide feedback to teams before hand on the slide decks that they present to the CEO so that meetings are effective
- assist the CEO with research and any communication tasks and turn them around quickly

In this role you will work with senior leaders from multiple functions and teams. You will be a good fit if you:
- have strong stakeholder management skills to work effectively with senior leaders
- prioritize tasks effectively
- can navigate ambiguity and are ready to take up new assignments
- have strong strategic thinking to understand the different moving parts of the business and are able to prioritize
- have a flair for independent research and making good presentations
- are analytical and have a keen eye to observe and analyze multiple metrics
