Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Pricing & CPQ Senior Analyst with 3.5–5 years of experience implementing and optimizing Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions for mid-size to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in PROS Smart Price Optimization, with strong analytical, technical, and strategic pricing skills.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, finance, product, and IT—to streamline quoting processes, improve pricing accuracy, and enhance revenue performance through data-driven pricing models and automation.
Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and implementation support for Pricing and CPQ tools such as PROS, PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, and Callidus.

Build robust pricing models using analytics and AI to track KPIs and develop leadership dashboards through visualization tools.

Conduct pricing diagnostics and gap analysis to align pricing processes with business objectives and sales strategies.

Support vendor assessment and selection processes (especially for PROS solutions).

Design and implement pricing strategies, including:

Pricing waterfall

Competitive and elasticity analysis

Margin analysis

Pricing catalog and contract pricing

Improve B2B pricing analytics, perform exploratory analysis and reporting, and recommend target-state pricing models.

Work closely with sales teams to drive efficient pricing and discounting structures.

Recommend and deploy process improvements with measurable KPIs.

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation and best practices in pricing and CPQ systems.
Skills & Qualifications

3.5–5 years of industry and/or consulting experience in Products, Communications & High Tech, Financial Services, or Resources sectors.

Experience with PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management (POM) and Smart Configure Price Quote (CPQ)—certification is an advantage.

Functional experience in pricing of services, products, parts, and post-sales services.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Macros, PowerPoint, and exposure to Power BI or Tableau.

Working knowledge of other CPQ tools such as PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, or Callidus.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
