Pricing Operations Analyst

Job Description Summary: PayPal’s Strategic Pricing Initiative Execution team is responsible for ensuring the seamless and accurate execution of our pricing projects. Given the high-profile nature of global pricing projects, this role offers the opportunity to work with team members across the globe, gain exposure to complex pricing changes, and help commercialize our suite of solutions across our two-sided merchant and consumer network. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, a willingness to ask questions, and a desire to execute flawlessly. The ideal candidate would thoroughly analyze a proposed pricing change and anticipate potential challenges prior to taking action

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of pricing structures, procedures and processes for variety of products
• Execute large-scale pricing changes accurately and with a compliance-focused perspective
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assemble documentation, and see a project through to the finish line
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and work more efficiently while minimizing any errors in execution
• Design and document policies and best practices for making pricing changes
• Manage the error remediation process and ensure that controls are in place to avoid any recurrences
