As a Process Delivery Specialist – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will play a key role in managing Accounts Payable operations, vendor account management, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end transaction processing within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function.

Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

Identify and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and aged items.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth accounting operations.

Adhere to timelines, SLAs, and quality parameters.

Recognize potential process risks and recommend corrective actions.

Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (mandatory).

Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and P2P cycle.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Effective communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration.

Prior experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations.
