Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Revenue Administrator to join our finance operations team and support the creation and maintenance of financial projects in Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain projects in Oracle Financials

  • Load tasks and ensure consistent, accurate project setup

  • Handle general mailbox communications and requests

  • Assist in unbilled clean-up and reconciliation at the study level

  • Manage and maintain accurate data in reports and spreadsheets

  • Organize meetings, maintain trackers, and respond to internal correspondence

  • Prepare necessary documents and support clerical processes

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce or MBA

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, vendor management, or accounting roles

  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition

  • Ability to interpret financial reports, contracts, and legal documents

  • Basic understanding of SOPs and financial systems (Oracle preferred)

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

  • Must ensure 60% in-office work attendance
