We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, delivering end-to-end accounting and compliance services, and building strong client relationships through timely, accurate, and high-quality financial support. The ideal candidate should have experience in UAE accounting, taxation, payroll, and client account management, with the ability to handle multiple client engagements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25+ client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for accounting and compliance matters.
• Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for assigned client entities.
• Prepare, review, and file UAE VAT returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Compute and file UAE Corporate Tax returns accurately and within statutory deadlines.
• Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, statutory deductions, and WPS submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports and respond to client queries professionally.
• Support internal quality control, compliance reviews, and audit requirements.
• Update and maintain client information in practice management systems and MIS tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
