Position Overview

The Senior Tax Analyst – Transfer Pricing will play a key role within EA’s Global Tax function, supporting global transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and operational execution. Based in Hyderabad, this role partners closely with EA’s Global Tax Team in North America and collaborates with finance and tax stakeholders across Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Transfer Pricing Compliance
  • Develop, maintain, and support global transfer pricing documentation in line with OECD Guidelines.

  • Prepare and coordinate Master File, Local Files, and U.S. transfer pricing documentation in compliance with IRC Sections 1.482 and 6662.

  • Perform benchmarking and comparables analyses using tools such as BvD Orbis and TP Catalyst.

  • Collaborate with tax teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure aligned transfer pricing compliance strategies.

Operational Transfer Pricing Execution
  • Support calculation, preparation, and posting of quarterly journal entries for intercompany transactions and headquarter cost allocations.

  • Partner with finance and controllership teams to manage cost allocation models and ensure accuracy of intercompany data.

  • Assist with intercompany billing and payment processes.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret financial and intercompany data from Oracle ERP systems.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical views to monitor operational transfer pricing performance.

  • Contribute to process improvements, data automation initiatives, and scalable documentation solutions.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing.

  • Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and U.S. transfer pricing regulations (IRC 1.482 and 6662).

  • Hands-on experience conducting benchmarking studies using Orbis and TP Catalyst.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and complex financial information.

Preferred
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 firm and/or in an in-house multinational environment.

  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

  • Exposure to Oracle ERP systems.

  • Experience supporting country-by-country reporting (CbCR), BEPS initiatives, or intercompany agreement reviews.
