- Acquisition of salary accounts from the designated accounts with the help of Team and also drive Individual Business.
- Responsible to meet the assigned targets given by the company both on Individual basis and along with the Team
- Role specified is responsible to drive both Individual and Team
- Responsible to acquire New Logos to the Bank – New Relationship Accounts through Individual Sourcing
- Build Relationship with C-Level Executives in various companies and ensure the revenue is being driven by on-boarding them to Kotak
- Ensure funding is happening in the accounts that have been acquired
- Create Empanelment across Corporates through the relationship and promote XSELL products
- Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
- Meeting monthly sales targets for salary accounts as well as TPP’s for both Team and Individual Targets assigned in both OTB and NTB
- Responsible for maintain the NPS @95 Plus scoring
- Onboard min 2 New Corporates comprising of 150 and above accounts on a monthly basis – Individually
- Should have 3-4 years or plus of sales experience in banking. Preferably corporate sales.
- Knowledge of mapping Key accounts.
- Ability to communicate well and make presentations to corporates / mass audiences.
- Local Market knowledge.
