- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and research revenue usage streams to ensure all transactions are correctly billed. Analyze revenue streams to detect and correct revenue leakage accounting matters, providing accurate and comprehensive documentation of issues identified and resolutions reached. Identify, investigate and resolve unusual, inaccurate and unexpected revenue fluctuations.
- Month-end: Participate in month-end billing and revenue accounting processes, to ensure revenue streams are reconciled
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve broad, cross-functional business processes and related systems. Assist implementation efforts as required.
- Communication – Effectively transfers thoughts and expresses ideas using speech, listening skills and writing skills to influence others to gain their support.
- Adaptability/Flexibility – Quickly adjusts to new, different, or changing requirements
- Coaching – Improve skills of self and others by identifying areas of performance strengths and improvements, providing specific feedback through coaching, mentoring and development opportunities
- Advanced Excel and Access skills required, with interest and aptitude to work with large amounts of data.
- Well-developed problem- solving and analytical skills. Able to discern alternatives and make objective recommendations, understand how to effectively work with other business groups to accomplish goals.
- Willing to work extended hours during peak periods.
- Working knowledge on SAP.
