Tax Analyst – The primary role of a Tax Analyst is to analyse information to prepare accurate tax returns and develop a collaborative relationship with EY colleagues.

Your key responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an understating of basic tax concepts. Proactively expand tax knowledge through client assignments and stay current with tax developments
  • Deliver high quality and timely work
  • Research tax theory and positions, and apply them to specific client needs
  • Develop client service and engagement – skills
  • Assist Seniors and Managers on special projects, as requested
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion when preparing tax returns
  • Help create a supportive teaming environment

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Demonstrate effective written and oral communications skills in business English
  • Good systematic, verbal and numerical skills
  • Basic MS office knowledge

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Graduates or Post Graduates preferred

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Basic MS office knowledge
