Position Overview

We are seeking a Tax Specialist II to join our growing Global Mobility Tax team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing U.S. Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040) and supporting compliance for international assignees and global employees.

You’ll collaborate closely with tax professionals and client service teams to deliver accurate and timely tax services, ensuring compliance with all U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations. This role is ideal for professionals looking to deepen their tax expertise within a dynamic, globally integrated organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review U.S. Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040) and related filings.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.

  • Support tax equalization calculations and assist with client reporting deliverables.

  • Research and resolve tax discrepancies or client queries in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for efficient tax processing.

  • Maintain awareness of current U.S. tax legislation and compliance standards.

  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation within the tax team.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Post-Graduation: M.Com / MBA / PGDM (Finance specialization preferred)

  • Under-Graduation: B.Com / BBA / BBM / BMS

  • Minimum 50% aggregate across all academic qualifications (10th, 12th, UG, PG)

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience preparing U.S. Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040)

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Taxation principles

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

  • Proficiency in MS Office and tax-related software (preferred)

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
