Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transaction Processing Associate III to join our operations team. This role involves performing advanced business support and transaction processing tasks while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have developed expertise in process execution, problem-solving, and data validation, with the ability to mentor junior associates and act as a subject matter expert within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex transaction processing tasks according to established client guidelines and internal procedures.

  • Complete detailed validations and apply analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Review, approve, or reject documents and cases based on predefined quality standards.

  • Follow up on inquiries and coordinate with stakeholders to gather additional data or resolve discrepancies.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team, providing process knowledge and operational support.

  • Mentor and guide new hires, providing training and on-the-job assistance as required.

  • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of efficiency initiatives.

  • Report and document any exceptions, errors, or adverse events as per client and organizational policies.

  • Maintain compliance with all internal controls, audit requirements, and data confidentiality standards.

  • Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned to support business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in transaction processing, operations, or shared services.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    • Familiarity with ERP or transaction management systems.

    • Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

    • Team player with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing.
