Job Description:

Strada is looking for an experienced US Payroll Specialist to manage daily payroll operations, prepare payroll reports, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. The role also involves handling client queries, reviewing payroll reports, training team members, and maintaining process documentation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in US payroll.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 3-year degree or diploma.
• Flexibility to work in US shifts (EST).
