Finance Executive

Positional Overview:

The Finance Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day execution of various general ledger impacted processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in financial operations. This role involves working closely with clients to provide guidance and support in understanding and navigating these processes effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and implements accounting work and projects as assigned.

• Coordinates, implements and follows up on Accounting SOP audits for all areas of the property.

• Complies with all applicable laws related to fraud and collection procedures.

• Achieves and exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.

• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

• Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.

• Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

• Demonstrates knowledge of return check procedures.

• Demonstrates knowledge of the Gross Revenue Report.

• Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Skills:

• The ability to effectively coordinate and manage accounting work and projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

• A strong understanding of accounting SOP audits, fraud laws, collection procedures, and other regulatory requirements to ensure that all financial practices are in compliance with applicable laws.

• Strong focus on setting and exceeding goals, including performance, budget, and team goals. The ability to prioritize tasks and organize work effectively to meet objectives.

• Proficiency in presenting information clearly and professionally to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates through various channels (e.g., phone, email, written reports) while adhering to deadlines for report submissions.

Qualifications:

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
